Where do I fill out my new patient paperwork?

We will email you all the forms that you will need to get ready for your first visit. We ask that you bring your dental insurance card, your photo id, and a list of your current medications to your appointment.

Do you see patients with special needs?

Many of our patients have special needs of all sorts. Our doctors are well versed in a wide array of special needs and are dedicated to ensuring all people receive the care they deserve in a compassionate manner. Feel free to call our admin team who have specific questions for new patients with special needs in order to ensure we provide excellent care.

Do you do pediatric dentistry?

Certainly, we welcome children at our office! We love working with children to make them have a positive and rewarding dental experience. We recommend children have a dental visit at 12 months of age to screen for problems and help develop healthy habits for nutrition, oral hygiene, pacifiers, etc.

What if I need something not listed?

If the specific service you need isn’t listed, call us at (573) 392–5213. Chances are we do it, or if not we’ll refer you to a trusted partner. Our experienced dentists offer a full range of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic care.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Call us at (573) 392–5213 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — just make sure to do so more than two business days before your reserved appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than two business days in advance, you will be charged a fee of $50. This is because our appointments are in very high demand and we’ve reserved that time specifically for your care.

How long do new patient appointments take?

We schedule our appointments with enough time to give you thorough care while also making sure you’re completely comfortable and safe. A first check-up appointment generally takes about one and a half hours for new patients.

I’m nervous about the dentist—is there anything you can do to make me more comfortable?

We love to help patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Our approach is to ask specific questions and listen to each patient. Some people prefer to listen to their favorite music on headphones or snuggle up in a blanket. Other people utilize nitrous oxide or a pill medication to help them feel relaxed. Not matter what works for you, be rest assured that we are here for you!

Do you take dental insurance?

Absolutely. We partner with major insurers to get you great care at amazing prices. We accept most insurances and we’re in network with Delta Dental Premier. We are not a provider for HMO plans or MO HealthNet at this time.

What if I don’t have dental insurance?

We offer a Dental Savings Plan to our patients that do not have Dental Insurance. We also accept CareCredit.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay online, or we also accept payments by phone, mail, or in the office at the time of service.

What if I have more questions about insurance?

We know insurance can be tricky, and we’re here to help. If you have any questions about your coverage or available benefits, give us a call at (573) 392–5213 and we’ll talk you through it.
